Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once payment is done money shall not be refunded.
  • The buyer can request for replacement of the account within 12 hours Maximum (no changes to the product should be made).
  • You can ask for a refund in case of non-availability of products with us.
  • Please note that a warranty is not applicable if you played with the account provided by us even for checking.
  • The refund amount cannot be greater than the purchase amount in any case.
  • We are not liable for damages that occur directly, indirectly, or consequential 

Further, we will not refund in case of

  • Vac ban
  • Overwatch ban
  • Locked down of account (Violation of steam end-user agreement)
  • Miscommunication with steam may get your account suspended and cannot be held liable to pay anything for the account being suspended because of this.
